At Heura we are food activists, and our mission is to provide a solution that leaves animals out of the equation, while feeding millions of people in a sustainable way. Our Operations team is key to ensuring everything runs smoothly end-to-end, making sure our products reach the market on time, with the expected quality, and in the most efficient way possible. From demand planning, procurement and purchasing, to logistics and distribution, and customer service, we work cross-functionally to deliver an excellent experience both internally and for our customers. At the same time, we continuously drive process improvement initiatives to optimize the way we operate and maximize our impact.

We are looking for a curious, proactive and eager-to-learn person who wants to understand how Operations works from a holistic, end-to-end perspective. As an Operations Intern, you will support different areas of the team, getting involved in real projects as well as day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, and actively contribute to improving processes in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

🎯 The Challenge

• Support demand planning and stock monitoring to ensure product availability.

• Assist in supplier order management and procurement processes.

• Provide support in the purchasing area (purchase orders, price tracking, supplier communication and conditions updates).

• Coordinate logistics activities, including delivery tracking, incident management and transport follow-up.

• Analyze operational data and support reporting to drive decision-making.

• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects across the Operations team.

• Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

💫 You will feel comfortable, enjoy and do great at this role if you have:

• A Caring attitude towards our mission and see it as a “personal” problem to be solved professionally.

• Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.

• Ability to build strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
