And that's why we are looking for an FP&A Junior to join the Good Rebels team and help us drive the growth, profitability, and competitiveness of our product portfolio. As a key member of Heura’s Product team, you will provide financial analysis, strategic guidance, and decision support to drive business growth and profitability. Your primary mission is to oversee and control the financial management of the company, providing accurate and timely information to optimize operational and financial performance.

Your Challenge:

Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of the company's financial statements, identifying trends, variations, and areas for improvement. Interpret financial results and provide key insights for strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals. Monitor actual performance against budget and make adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.

KPI Management: Develop and maintain relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business, providing clear and meaningful metrics to assess operational and financial performance in key areas.

Profitability Analysis: Analyze the profitability of products, customers, and market segments, identifying areas of high performance and opportunities to enhance overall business profitability.

Investment Evaluation: Evaluate the financial viability of investment projects and new business initiatives, conducting return on investment (ROI) analysis and risk assessments to support informed decision-making.

Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating financial performance and strategic implications for the business.

Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.

One Team Spirit: embody a culture of versatility. Collaborate with others to address diverse challenges and opportunities. Contribute their expertise across different functions and initiatives.

You will feel comfortable, enjoy and do great at this role if you have:

• Analytical skills to interpret market data, consumer insights, and financial metrics for decision-making. Knowledge of Excel & Power BI. Ideally SAP.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Growth mindset to anticipate market trends and develop innovative solutions and proactively seek new opportunities.

• Flexibility to thrive in an ever-changing structure and manage overlapping responsibilities.

• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to tackling daily challenges with creativity and initiative.

• 1 or 2 years of experience in similar roles (Controller, FP&A, etc), in FMCG industry. Knowledge of Commercial Controlling is mandatory (have managed commercial agreements with customers).

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
