And that’s why we are looking for a Retail Key Account! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through managing relationships with key accounts in the modern trade channel. Their mission is to drive sales, profitability, and market share by developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong partnerships, and maximizing business opportunities within modern trade retailers.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade channel, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives and customer strategies. Identify growth opportunities, set sales targets, and develop action plans to drive sales, distribution, and market share within key accounts.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to expand product distribution, launch new products, and increase sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, category management, and supply chain, to develop and execute joint business plans.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs with key accounts to maximize profitability and achieve mutual business objectives. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and guidelines.
Forecasting and Demand Planning: Work closely with demand planning and sales operations teams to forecast sales volumes, plan inventory levels, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust forecasts as needed to optimize inventory management.
Category Management: Partner with category management teams to optimize product assortment, shelf placement, and promotional strategies within key accounts. Leverage market data, consumer insights, and category trends to drive category growth and maximize sales
Strategy & Support Work closely with the Head of Retail to develop and implement the Retail channel strategy.

Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or a high-growth startup.
Proven experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing and Sales (2-3 years), with a strong understanding of modern trade dynamics.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize performance in retail channels.
Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging insights from sales performance, market trends, and consumer behaviour to optimize execution.
Negotiation and influence skills to manage key retail accounts and external teams effectively.
An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.
Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
